Lakritskladdkaka

 
Hallå!
Här kommer en lakritskladdis för alla lakritsälskare...
 
Du behöver:
150 g smör
3 ägg
1 msk vaniljsocker
3 dl strösocker
1 dl kakao
3,5 dl vetemjöl
3 msk lakritspulver
 
Smält smöret.
Rör ner alla torra ingredienser.
Tillsätt sist äggen.
Rör bara tills allt blandats.
Häll smeten i en springform och grädda ca 18-20 minuter i 175 grader.
Låt svalna.
 
Glasyr:
3 st kick (lakritsgodis)
2 msk grädde
50 g mörk choklad.
50 g smör
 
Koka upp grädden i en gryta.
Bryt kicken i bitar och lägg ner i grädden.
Tag bort från värmen när kicken smält.
Tillsätt choklad och smör och rör till en smet.
Bred glasyren på botten.
Ställ kakan i kylen tills glasyren stelnat.
Dekorera ev med minimaränger.
Jag pudrade över lite lakritspulver före servering...
 
Har gjort en glasstårta till sonen som fyller år i morgon... gillar verkligen hemgjord glass så här års...
